Electrostatic Powder Painting Plant

Painting of all metallic surfaces of a control gear assembly panel is done with advanced electrostatic process of powder coating system. This provides excellent aesthetic appearance and prevents it from rust and corrosion. In house seven tank pretreatment (phosphate coating), powder coating booth, closed cycle convention curing furnace, automised with Transporter and close loop system with over head conveyor, makes entire system more precise and quality oriented. This ensures an absolutely free from Rust, corrosion. This ensures an absolutely uniform and perfect surface. This provides hard and longer lasting metallic surface.
Continues powder coating system suitable to coat a maximum job size of 1500 mm x1500 mm x 2500 mm long. System is consisting of over head chain conveyor; Powder coating booth and powder management system & curing oven. Curing oven is of LPG fired which is duly calibrated for desired curing time and temperature. Oven is designed and manufactured for indirect heating type which enables to maintain the powder curing quality consistently.
